What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, work email, company, Microsoft 365 user range and message. Anonymous usage statistics through Umami, which sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses or other personal data. We run no advertising and no session recording.
Why and on what basis
To answer you and prepare the conversation you asked for (your consent and our legitimate interest in replying). Anonymous statistics to improve the site (our legitimate interest); any cookie-based analytics only with your consent.
How long
Contact details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Analytics data: as set in our analytics tool, at most 14 months.
Who processes it
Our hosting and email providers within the European Union, and Umami for anonymous statistics. If we ever add cookie-based analytics, it runs only with your consent, under the provider's data processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion or restriction, and you can object or withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
The Governor
Data inside The Governor stays in your own Microsoft tenant. What you choose to share with us during an engagement is covered by the data processing agreement in your contract.
